Stephanie Lamorré is a French documentary filmmaker working as an international independent writer, producer and director, having produced a diverse array of films for French television. She spent time alone in Iraq, all of Africa, South America, and Central America, shooting documentaries covering different subjects from modern slavery to illegal immigration. Stephanie began her career working in Africa as a writer for GEO magazine. She has lived and traveled extensively throughout Africa, frequently in areas of armed conflict. Stephanie’s style is to spend a great deal of time with her subjects so that she becomes an intimate part of their life, and by gaining their trust and keeping her objectivity, she makes the camera invisible in order to better tell their story.
The festival pass gives access to the rich Docudays UA offline programme, namely the best documentaries from around the world and meetings with their authors. The 20th Docudays UA will take place on 2–8 June 2023.
2022 pass holders who did not use them during the Docudays UA Special Edition last year can receive a pass for the 20th festival free of charge. If the pass has been used, you can get a 50% discount.
