The Chairman of Kherson regional organization of the Committee of Electors of Ukraine, editor of the regional Internet publication “Politychna Khersonshchyna”, chief-editor of non-periodic analytical newspaper “The Free Choice.” Since 1998, he has been taking part in public control of elections, and since 1999 he is also an organizer of the independent monitoring of election campaigns in Kherson oblast to observe democratic standards and rights for electors.
