Kyrylo Marikutsa

Kyrylo Marikutsa is a co-founder and director of the Kyiv International Short Film Festival (KISFF), which has been the largest international short film festival in Ukraine since 2012. KISFF presents a broad panorama of short films.

Since 2015, Kyrylo has also been working on a project, KyivMusicFilm, an independent distribution company that focuses on the theatrical distribution of documentaries and arthouse films. In addition, KyivMusicFilm is also focused on event-cinema content and has presented Ukrainian audiences with screenings of opera, ballet, music concerts, and classic films. As a result, the annual audience for the films they have shown in Ukraine is more than 120,000, and the number of films released yearly is more than 50. 

KyivMusicFilm also organises a documentary film festival, INTRO, that covers music and culture-related films.

Since 2021 Kyrylo has been developing TYTR, a Ukrainian-curated film streaming platform for documentary and arthouse films.
