2. If you have not booked a ticket with a festival pass or accreditation, you can try to use "happy minutes". This is an option that allows you to take free seats in the audience (subject to their availability). Entrance to the hall takes place according to the instructions of the controller after the start of the screening on the first-come-first-served basis.

3. Pass holders who are late can also try to use "happy minutes" and join the queue. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, your ticket will be annulled. The cost of an annulled ticket is non-refundable.

4. Please bring drinks to the hall only in closed bottles and sealed thermal cups. Due to the specifics of the festival screening format, we do not allow popcorn or other food to be brought into the hall.

THE TICKET WILL BE CANCELLED IF:

- you take photos and videos in the hall during the film screening, unauthorised by the festival organiser(s).

The cost of a cancelled ticket is non-refundable.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN AIR RAID WARNING

In the event of an air raid warning, the screening will be interrupted, and we will ask you to leave the hall and go to the nearest shelter: either directly in the Zhovten Cinema (designed for 70 places), or to the nearest metro station Kontraktova Ploshcha. Our volunteers will help you find your way to a safe place.

After the end of the air raid siren, we resume the screenings according to schedule. All tickets and passes are still valid. If it is impossible to continue the screening or change the screening schedule, the audience will be additionally informed about the possibility of exchanging and returning tickets at the information desk or online.
