The Docudays NGO team received the award 'Partnership for Sustainable Development 2024'

05 December 2024

We are proud and happy to share that the DOCU/CLUB Network of the Docudays NGO has won an award in the Partnership for Sustainable Development 2024 competition in the Society category, organised by the UN Global Compact in Ukraine.

The Partnership for Sustainable Development competition is an annual international event in which the UN Global Compact in Ukraine awards the best projects implemented in partnership between business, government and civil society to achieve sustainable development goals. This year, the organisers awarded projects of participants from Ukraine and European countries aimed at supporting Ukraine during the full-scale invasion, as well as other best practices of sustainable development that can serve as an example for future recovery. The participants of this year's competition included representatives from Ukraine, Finland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Andorra, Norway, Turkey, Croatia, Switzerland, France, Germany and Malta. The event was attended by Ukrainian opinion leaders and ambassadors of the UN Global Compact in Ukraine.

“The NGO Docudays and the DOCU/CLUB Network are grateful to all our partners, communities and, of course, our soldiers. Together we work and bring our victory closer and together we create a society of free people!” said Anastasiia Humeniuk, a fundraiser, at the award ceremony.

For our inspired team, this is an important recognition of our vision and activities aimed at sustainable development and dialogue with Ukrainian society. The DOCU/CLUB network works hard to promote inclusivity, quality education, cultural diversity, gender equality through media education with the best human rights documentaries. We are grateful to each and every one of our moderators, mentors, experts, partners, viewers and filmmakers who support the Network and Docudays NGO and promote human rights values in these difficult times.
