Chad lives in the heart of Lviv, where the ringing of bells meets the wailing of sirens. A beautiful big-hearted man with a charismatic personality, has been building his life in Ukraine for over 15 years. Known as the night mayor of the city, he is a man who brings culture, joy and celebration, even in times of darkness. Despite air raid sirens, blackouts and war, he continues to organise raves and open bars, experiment with new looks and create spaces of freedom where young people can experience life.This film follows Chad as he prepares for his most ambitious project yet: a two-day daytime rave in the forest under the stars, called 'Zorepad'.
