Anastasiia Bukovska is a director, producer, and representative of a cinematography dynasty. Immediately after studying at the Kyiv University of Theater, Cinema, and TV, she began working in creative industries. Initially, she worked as an independent director on major Ukrainian television channels, later transitioning to advertising. Anastasiia is a co-founder of one of Ukraine's most successful production companies, Family Production, which has won numerous international professional awards since its establishment in 2004. Family has been producing commercials for global brands and music videos. In 2016, the company opened a film department and has since co-produced several films with Germany, Poland and Sweden.

In addition to her primary focus, Anastasiia is actively involved in promoting Ukrainian cinema abroad, enhancing Ukraine's positive image at international film forums, and engaging foreign producers in joint projects in Ukraine through co-production. Anastasiia is the chair of the board of the Commercial Productions Association of Ukraine and co-founder of the Film Industry Association of Ukraine.

Her film Bullmastiff has Awards as: OIFF Molodist (Best Short Film of the International Competition, Jury Diploma of the National Competition, Ecumenical Jury Prize), Golden Dzyga (Best Short Film). And was participated in international festivals such as Cottbus, El Gouna, and Les Nuits En Or.

Anastasiia is also notable for her active civic engagement, including involvement in organising social projects for United24 (The official fundraising platform of Ukraine), the Goethe Institute, Nima Opera, and Uncounted Kitchen. She is also the author and host of the professional vlog New Director in Town.
