Producer Rogier Kramer graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2015. He is a co-owner and a producer at Dutch Mountain Film, a production company which was nominated for several awards such as a HIVOS Tiger Award and Dutch Oscars. Rogier took part in such workshops as Rotterdam Lab and the Berlinale Visitors Program in 2018 and later – Berlinale Talents in 2020. In line with his aspiration, he was selected by the Netherlands Film Fund to join the producers meeting created by the German Federal Film Board (FFA) for up-and-coming filmmakers at the Max Ophüls Preis Festival in Saarbrücken in 2019. He produced the short film One of the Boys (2018, director Ivo van Aart) – a humorous story with a critical view on toxic masculinity; a topical issue nowadays and something Dutch Mountain Film is not afraid to point out.
