Biography

Alexandra Bratyshchenko is a Ukrainian documentary and fiction producer. During her university years, she started her career as an assistant director and casting manager in 2010. After getting a master's degree at Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema, and Television in speciality Cinema and TV Production, her documentary debut as a production manager happened in the Polish documentary Piano, directed by Vita Drygas (2014). Since 2014, she has been working as a producer at the #BABYLON'13 documentary association. At the same time, she worked for different companies in the Ukrainian film industry as a line producer, executive producer, and distributor. Alexandra made the Open Night short film festival as an executive producer from 2016 to 2020. Since 2020, she has been cooperating with ForeFilms production as an executive producer. 

In 2019, she participated in EAVE on Demand. In 2020, she founded the Kyiv-based ELERON PICTURES production. Alexandra is a member of the Ukrainian Film Academy and a participant in EURODOC (2023) and WEMW Inspiration Lab (2024).
