Future in the past: death doesn't want me

Duration
60’

The way we treat death or speak about it, or simply if we are capable of discussing it openly and without hysteria defines the maturity of a society. And also the way we define it and who defines it indicates the source of power in the modern world. This year we have three profound films in a festival program which reframes the common notion of “dying”. What does it mean to be “dead” in the 21st century?

Participants:

Tomáš Krupa (The Good Death)

Pailin Wedel (Hope Frozen)

Emmanuel Grimaud, Arnaud Deshayes (Black Hole)

Moderator: Kateryna Popravka
