Yulia has a PhD in political science, is executive director of the Ukrainian Culture Fund, and head of the Creative Europe National Bureau in Ukraine. Yulia graduated from the Yuriy Fedkovych National University in Chernivtsi and Bremen University, and became an intern in the United Nations.
Yulia has worked with foreign organisations as a cultural manager. She has coordinated social and media projects together with the German-Polish-Ukrainian Society and Deutsche Welle, as well as the German organisations n-ost, GIZ, the European Theater Convention, and Engagement Global.
The festival pass gives access to the rich Docudays UA offline programme, namely the best documentaries from around the world and meetings with their authors. The 20th Docudays UA will take place on 2–8 June 2023.
2022 pass holders who did not use them during the Docudays UA Special Edition last year can receive a pass for the 20th festival free of charge. If the pass has been used, you can get a 50% discount.
