We are launching press accreditation for the State of Emergency cinema weekend

We invite media representatives to get accredited for the 19th Docudays UA Special Edition. On 11–13 November, please come to the Zhovten Cinema for the State of Emergency documentary weekend. For the first time in three years, we are returning to the big screen!


The deadline for accreditation is 3 November at 11:59 p.m.


Accreditation can be given to employees of media (printed publications, radio and television, informational and informational-analytical online publications). Up to two people can be accredited from one media. With the PRESS badge, you will be able to obtain free tickets to the offline screenings in Zhovten* and have access to watching films online upon prior individual request.

To learn more about the programme and events of the film weekend, join our press conference which will be held online on Thursday, 3 November, at 11:00 a.m. At this date and time, look for a livestream of the event on Docudays UA’s Facebook page. Fill out a brief form here, and we will send you an email reminder about the conference a day before the event.


During the event, we will discuss: 


І. the characteristics of the format and interesting features of the documentary weekend’s film programme will be described by Viktoria Leshchenko, Programme Director of NGO Docudays;


ІІ. the development of the concept and the visual solution for the 19th Docudays UA Special Edition titled the State of Emergency will be discussed by Roman Bondarchuk, Art Director of NGO Docudays;


ІІІ. this year’s online events of the RIGHTS NOW! Human Rights Programme will be discussed by Ksenia Shymanska, Human Rights Director of NGO Docudays;


IV. information about the Travelling 19th Docudays UA, the places and ways to watch our documentaries in the regions of Ukraine and abroad will be shared by Svitlana Smal, Executive Director of NGO Docudays.
