SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA is a space for film culture, art, knowledge and community which creates a bridge between urban space and film as cultural practice. Launched in 2021 by Malve Lippmann and Can Sungu (bi'bak), it borrows its name from the term used by migration researcher Erol Yıldız to describe spaces where “transnational ties and connections converge, are reinterpreted, and condense into everyday contexts.” SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA thus stands for a cinema as a social place that is simultaneously committed to local and international communities, one that regards film-historical work as the work of cultural remembrance, and which is dedicated to a diversity of film culture and film art.
The festival pass gives access to the rich 21st Docudays UA offline programme, which includes the best documentaries worldwide and meetings with their authors. It is valid from 31 May to 6 June at Zhovten Cinema.

Pass price: UAH 800.
Student pass: UAH 500.
From 30 May:
Pass price: UAH 1,200.
Student pass: UAH 700.
