The documentary asks what lies behind Russia's nuclear blackmail actions, what possible solutions exist, and what post-war security policy must look like to prevent future nuclear threats.

When the Russian army occupied the Chernobyl and Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plants just a few days after the full-scale invasion to Ukraine, it was there again: the global fear of a nuclear emergency.
The documentary is highly topical geopolitics, because it revolves around this explosive issue, which probably concerns viewers all over Europe to say the least. Russia's seizure of nuclear power plants and the Kremlin's rhetorical saber-rattling about the use of nuclear weapons have brought back an old ghost from the Cold War. This documentary seeks to analyse how great the danger really is, what lies behind Russian provocations, and how nuclear blackmail can be prevented in the future.
