Public Organization “Docudays” announces a tender for the production of a promotional video for the 23rd International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival Docudays UA
Proposals must be submitted by 18:00 on April 24, 2026 to the email address [email protected].
The subject line must include "tender for production of promotional video".
All questions and/or clarifications regarding submission of the tender proposal should be sent in writing to [email protected].
The following documents are required for submission:
• tender proposal in accordance with the technical assignment (download here);
• information about the tender participant (download here). Please include a current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, as well as a document confirming authorization to sign the contract (for legal entities);
• letter confirming that the candidate is not in an exclusion situation*.
Prices should be indicated as “all-inclusive”. The price offer must be a fixed amount in UAH.
The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with tender participants or request clarifications before determining the winner. The winner will be selected by the end of the working day on April 27, 2026.
The winner will be the applicant whose proposal complies with the tender announcement, technical assignment, and is the most advantageous in terms of price and quality.
*Exclusion situations:
A candidate or tender participant will be excluded if:
1) they are bankrupt, subject to insolvency or liquidation proceedings, their assets are administered by a liquidator or court, they have entered into an arrangement with creditors, their business activities are suspended, or they are in a similar situation under national law;
2) a final court or administrative decision has established that the participant is guilty of serious professional misconduct, including:
i) misrepresentation of information;
ii) agreements distorting competition;
iii) intellectual property violations;
iv) influencing procurement decisions;
v) attempting to obtain confidential information;
3) violation of tax or social contribution obligations;
4) involvement in fraud, corruption, criminal organizations, money laundering, terrorism financing, child labor, or similar illegal activities;
5) significant deficiencies in contract performance;
6) being listed under EU or Ukraine sanctions (www.sanctionsmap.eu).
Participants must confirm they are not in any exclusion situation.
