Public Organization “Docudays” announces a tender for the procurement of film subtitling services for the 23rd International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival Docudays UA from June 5 to June 12, 2026
Proposals must be submitted by 18:00 on May 1, 2026 to the email address [email protected].
The subject line must include "tender for procurement of film subtitling services".
All questions and/or requests for clarification regarding the submission of proposals should be sent in writing to [email protected].
The following documents are required for submission:
tender proposal in accordance with the technical assignment (download here);
information about the tender participant (download here). Please include a current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, as well as a document confirming authorization to sign the contract (for legal entities);
letter confirming that the candidate is not in an exclusion situation*.
Prices must be indicated in an "all-inclusive" format. The price offer must be a fixed price in UAH.
The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with tender participants or request clarifications before selecting the winner.
The winner will be determined by the end of the working day on May 5, 2026.
The winning proposal will be the one that complies with the instructions in the tender announcement, the technical assignment, and is the most advantageous in terms of cost and quality.
*Exclusion situations:
The candidate is bankrupt, subject to insolvency or liquidation proceedings, their assets are administered by a liquidator or court, they have entered into an arrangement with creditors, their business activities are suspended, or they are in a similar situation under national legislation;
A final court or administrative decision has established grave professional misconduct;
A final decision establishes non-payment of taxes or social contributions;
A final decision establishes involvement in fraud, corruption, criminal organizations, money laundering, terrorism financing, child labor or human trafficking;
Significant deficiencies in the performance of previous contracts financed by Sida, the European Commission, or Docudays;
Inclusion in sanctions lists of Ukraine or the EU (www.sanctionsmap.eu).
Candidates must certify in writing that none of the above situations apply.
Validity of the tender proposal: 30 days from the date of publication.
